How it works
From OAuth grant to first shared reply in about 10 minutes.
Unibox connects to the Google Workspace you already pay for with a single OAuth grant, then merges every alias on your domain into one queue. Setup is six documented steps and takes roughly 10 minutes: connect Workspace, add your aliases, invite the team, set up tags and statuses, switch on workflows, learn the shortcuts.
Step 01
Connect Google Workspace
A Workspace admin signs in once. Unibox requests Gmail and Directory scopes, runs standard OAuth for the admin account plus domain-wide delegation for its service account, and reads mail on demand instead of copying it.
Step 02
Add the addresses you publish
support@, billing@, hello@. Each becomes a routing address on one shared mailbox, created from inside Unibox through the Directory API rather than by a detour through the Google admin console.
Step 03
Invite the team
Add teammates by their own Google account — any domain, consumer Gmail included. They sign in with their own credentials and see the aliases they own rather than the whole stream.
Step 04
Route it, then automate it
Point an alias at one named owner or rotate it round-robin. Then let workflows tag, assign and draft, with the audit trail filling in behind every action they take.
Nothing about your mail changes while you do it. No MX record moves, no mailbox is exported, and Gmail carries on behaving exactly as it did — Unibox is a layer on top, not a replacement underneath. If you ever disconnect, revoking the grant in Settings leaves the mailbox and every alias precisely where they were.

Teams where more than one person answers one address.
Unibox is built for the small team behind one public address. Four patterns account for most of the workspaces running today: an agency answering for several clients, a finance desk on billing@, a two- or three-person support rota, and an internal queue that outgrew a spreadsheet and a filter in someone's Gmail.
Agencies and resellers
One workspace per client, switched from a menu, with a white-labelled login on the Agency plan. Unlimited domains and aliases means the next client is an alias, not another subscription to expense.
Finance and billing desks
billing@ collects invoices, dunning replies and payment questions from people who are not customers yet. Statuses and internal notes stop a half-finished refund from being answered twice by two people.
Small support rotas
Two or three people on round-robin routing, with templates that lock the legal footer and leave the greeting free. AI drafts cite the three most relevant past threads, so a new hire answers the way the team already does.
Internal IT, HR and ops queues
it-help@ or people@ behaves like any customer queue: assignment, snooze, and a record of who promised what by when. Colleagues email an address instead of learning a ticket portal.
